To the family of Cecil White: During his years on the Lee County FSA Committee, Cecil left a undullable impression on me. His caring and respectful manner is/was a standard for all to try and attain. His thoughtful discussion was always to attain the right answer for whatever situation faced the Committee. I moved away from the area several years ago. I still think about those discussions yet today. He was a good mentor for me and the world is a little less with his passing.
