Carol Melvin, 77, of Keokuk, passed away on Tuesday, January 10, 2023, at her home in Keokuk.
Carol was born on August 10, 1945, in Keokuk, Iowa, the daughter of George Ford and Mary Louise (Stice) Kennedy. She was employed in telecommunications for the Sheriff’s Department and later for the Keokuk Police Department for many years. She retired on May 31, 2010. Carol enjoyed spending her time playing computer games.
