Lewis moved to the Farmington area approximately 2 years ago. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping. Lewis really enjoyed anything that could allow him to be outdoors. He enjoyed going to the race track and especially loved sitting around bonfires at night with family and friends. To say that Lewis was a great man would be a true understatement. He will be greatly missed by his son; James Moore of Farmington, IA, daughter; Brooke Greer of Kahoka, MO, step-daughter; Sarah Gould of Montrose, IA, a grandson whom he helped raise; Jaedyn Greer, and 11 other grandchildren; Sierra, Louis, Tyler, Madison, Damon, Logan, Xander, Caleb, Braydon, Adam and Payton, two sisters; Sunde Nelson of Keokuk, Quianna Ellis of Mt. Lewis was preceded in death by his step-father; Thomas Greer, a brother, maternal grandparent, and a step-daughter; Nikki.

Due to the current situation concerning COVID-19, the family has decided that Lewis would best be honored and remembered by having a barbecue and bonfire at a later date.
