Obituary
Timmie Lee White, 53, of Keokuk, Iowa, passed away on Friday, July 29, 2022, at his home in Keokuk.
Timmie was born on September 3, 1968, in Keokuk, Iowa, the son of Raymond “JJ” and Edna Virginia (Talton) White. He graduated from Keokuk High School and worked odd jobs throughout his life. He played the piano and enjoyed spending time with his family and friends.
Timmie is survived by his father Raymond “JJ” White of Keokuk; three brothers: Jerry Anthony Talton of Hannibal, MO; Christopher Ray White of Keokuk and Kenneth D. White of Keokuk; three sisters: Virginia Fortson of Chesapeake, Virginia; Regina L. Yates of Keokuk and Contennia M. (Chris) Tripp of Omaha, Nebraska; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
Timmie is preceded in death by his mother Edna and his brother Junior.
A graveside service will be held at 2 pm on Tuesday, August 9, 2022 at Oakland Cemetery in Keokuk.
Memorials may be made to God’s Way Christian Center.
